- How long have you been a Realtor? How long have your firm been in business?
- How many homes have you listed or sold within the past year?
- Are you familiar with homes in my neighborhood, and if "yes" tell me how you are familiar?
- Can I obtain a copy of your resume?
- Will you try to sell me one of your listed properties before you show me listings from other real estate companies?
- Do you have information about For Sale By Owner properties?
- Do you have expertise in buying luxury real estate? (If this is the type of property you are looking for.)
- Do you have expertise in buying vacation homes? (If this is what you are looking for.)
- If I decided to list (or buy) with you, what is your marketing plan (or purchasing plan)?
- What kind of continuing education or training have you taken?
- What is your commission? Or do you have hourly rates or a set fee?
- Will there be a written contract?
- Do you have a list of home inspectors, insurance agents and reputable lenders for me to consider?
- How will you help me save money?
- Specifically, how will you protect my interests and why should I hire you rather than another agent?
